Where do you ship?

Currently we supply videos to any email address, but letters and gift tags are currently sent to UK only. This will be reviewed depending on demand and we will open orders to other destinations very soon.

Why don't you allow weapons or animals?

Santa's standards of honesty, kindness and tolerance have to be upheld. Otherwise it wouldn't be a genuine Santa experience.

What if I don't receive my letter/ tags? 

If your shippable items have not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please email santa@mysantamessage.co.uk and we'll look into it. All letters and tags will be sent by tracked post, but in a worst case scenario due to delays, images can be sent of the letters to email addresses.

I got the wrong video/ video didn't arrive.
